When “The Rewards Traveler” finally met the love of his life, he discovered she’d soon be leaving for two months, 1000′s of miles across the Atlantic to Europe. If only he could go she kept saying. He’d always wanted to travel and saw this as great opportunity. He took over a month’s leave from work and followed her to Europe. It was a dream come true! He loved the trip; the romance, the food, the culture, and the people. Oh, except for the bill. It set him back nearly $7000. One plane ticket alone was over $1500.
